Hibachi Wedding Catering
A hibachi chef turns a wedding meal into part of the entertainment. Instead of trays of food going cold under a warming lamp, your guests watch their dinner cooked live — the flames, the knife work, the onion volcano — at your rehearsal dinner, engagement party, welcome dinner, or reception. We bring the grill and the chef to your venue, backyard, or rental house.
Perfect for the rehearsal dinner
Rehearsal dinners are where hibachi shines — a relaxed, interactive meal for the wedding party and out-of-town family the night before, without booking out a restaurant's back room.
The catering is also the entertainment
There's no lull between courses. The chef's show holds the room, which means one less thing to plan and a dinner your guests actually talk about afterward.

Traveling well outside Houston? We'll quote a simple flat rate — just ask.
Good to know.
Adults are $60 and kids (ages 5–12) are $30, with a $600 minimum — that covers your chef, the show, two proteins per guest, fried rice, vegetables, salad, sauces, setup, and cleanup. Premium proteins like filet, scallops, or lobster are a small per-guest upgrade.
Yes. For larger receptions we bring additional chefs and grills so everyone is served while the food is hot and the show keeps running. Tell us your guest count and venue and we'll quote the right setup.
It's one of our most requested wedding bookings. A rehearsal dinner is usually 20–40 people who don't all know each other yet, and a live chef gives everyone something to gather around — far warmer than a long silent table.
Most venues work. We need roughly 8–10 feet of flat space and, if we're indoors, good ventilation. Check with your venue that on-site cooking is permitted, and we'll confirm the setup with you when we plan the event.
As early as you have the date — wedding weekends book out furthest, especially spring and fall Saturdays. Reserving is free and nothing is charged until your quote is confirmed, so there's no reason to wait on a final headcount.
